People Operations Intern (HR) – Glovo

Responsibilities: ● Onboarding process for new employees: – Manage employment contracts and ensure that the terms and conditions are in accordance with legal processes, as well as local government laws. – Preparation of employment contracts.< br />- Explanation of policies, procedures, laws and standards related to human resources. ● Employee relations: – Management of absences and dismissals in coordination with the Payroll team. – Prepare and update labor records related to hiring, transfers and promotions. – Assistance in dismissal processes. – Process action forms for all staff and ensure proper approvals. – Relocation and transfer processes in coordination with the Mobility team. – Ensure all payroll information relevant is sent and communicated to the Payroll team in a timely manner. – Know and apply collective agreements, as well as any other applicable local regulations. – Manage the benefits package, as well as advising employees on any questions they may have. ● Conduct audits to ensure employee files have all the documents necessary for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all employee data up to date.< /p> ● Coordination of internship agreements with the University, direct managers of the company and People Partners.

Department intern. Marketing – AXESOR

From March 9, 2021 to September 8, 2021 I have been doing the extracurricular internships of the career at Axesor, specifically in the marketing department of the Business Information, Risk and Rating business lines. In addition, Axesor has one of the largest repositories of information on companies, positions and leaders and links in the market, which allows it to offer solutions that optimize and reduce research times by offering. Apart from the Risk sector, axesor is an expert company in credit risk management, and offers solutions that improve all stages of the commercial credit cycle, allowing savings by minimizing defaults, reducing average collection periods and optimizing resources and management times. Also being a European Credit Rating Agency (CRA) and recognized by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). During my internship I have carried out the following activities: ● CRM. ● Market research, search, analysis, and evaluation of information. ● Identification of potential customers. ● Monitoring tasks. ● Database update.< br />● Classification of new clients.

Community Manager and marketing consultant.

Since June 2020, he voluntarily performed the role of community manager and marketing advisor for the AMPACHICO association in Granada. I am in charge of publishing, managing and improving the social networks of the association (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) in addition to advising them on marketing and advertising so that they can reach the maximum number of people within their target audience. Consequently, this work experience has given me the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge I had in the professional world, making me a better professional. During my period in this position I have achieved the following results:

  • Growth of 5488.88% on Facebook.
  • 15% increase on Twitter.
  • 488% increase in LinkedIn.

Motivational speaker.

Since 2016 I have given motivational conferences for various organizations, both Spanish and European. Essentially, focused both on publicizing the difficulties that some groups suffer and how to treat them fairly and equally, as well as motivating attendees to self-improve personally, professionally and academically so that they give the best of themselves. All these conferences are based both on my own personal experience and on the knowledge that I have been acquiring and continue to acquire thanks to my activities as a volunteer. However, since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the volume of talks and conferences has been considerably reduced.
